Incrocio's website (incrocio.gr) mentions below the terms and conditions that are essential for the use of our company's site. For this, you are kindly requested to give particular attention. Their acceptance , allows the customer the access to the site's services.

The content and information which are available on this site ,including the logo of company ,the graphics and the photos are subject to the provisions of the law on copyright's protection.

To use some of the operations or services made available to you on this site ,you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true ,accurate ,current and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change; the possibility is given by clicking on the relevant command in the central panel of your account. At the completion of registration the customer should have read the terms and conditions and accept them completely.
Eligibility to purchase
In order for the customer to make a purchase through Incrocio e-shop, it isn't required to have registered in advance. During the process of ordering, he may fill in the information required and proceed regularly to the submission of his order. In case he already has an account, at this particular point of the order, he may login with his account and then the required information will be filled in automatically from his account's information. The information required, which is absolutely necessary to fill in, are about his personal information as well as the details concerning the way of payment.
By credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Maestro)
By deposit in the bank. In the particular case, to complete the purchase and for the product to be dispatched, a confirmation of the deposit should have been made in the following accounts of Incrocio:

By cash on delivery ,paying the value of the purchase to the courier. This method of payment is only available for shipments to Greece.
In the case of charging a credit or debit card and the bank cancels the transaction then automatically the order is also canceled without the culpability of Incrocio.
If the customer wishes to change the order before shipped ,he/she should inform immediately by sending an e-mail in [email protected] or by calling on (0030)210362267 (shop hours). Cancellations of orders do not become in no case acceptable.
Web transactions with the company Incrocio are conditioned absolutely with the PCI (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) ,the global model for the protection of consumers’ information.
During registration ,it will be asked from the customer to fill his/her personal full name ,the address he/she wishes for the products deliveries ,the e-mail ,his/her telephone. Ιn the case where the customer decides to make his purchase with the use of his credit card, he will be "linked" through the Incrocio website, to the absolutely safe transaction section of the bank. The credit card information are available to the bank and only and not in our database, as that information is never stored by Incrocio.
For the reminder ,information that is required at the registration cannot be seen by others and are not using for any other reasons apart from sending the customer’s order. Also are not sent newsletters without customer's consent and choice of the particular service.
Shipment and delivery
Incrocio is collaborating with Speedex for the shipment of products.
The products that are sent from Incrocio ,are reaching the address that is fixed by the customer at the process of registration. The shipment is up to three working days. Shipping costs in Greece are free. In the case ,the customer wish to make the shipment in the shortest time ,he/she should inform Incrocio through e-mail and pay the additional cost at the receipt of his/her order.
The orders are sent by the Incrocio shop at 16:00 (local time). Purchases that made after 16:00 ,sent the next day.
For any delay or problem of the order ,there will be an immediate update to the customer's contact phone or e-mail.
In case of failure of the delivery and order's cancelation ,Incrocio has no liability and does not pay the cost of an additional shipment of the same order.
The expenses from worldwide shipment are 20 euros and paid by the customer during the order. The delivery time is up to 7 working days.
In the case that customer wishes to make a return of a product ,he/she can occur within 10 calendar days from the day that has received it.
The return of product has to be sent to the address of the Incrocio shop ,Kanari 8 & Merlin ,Kolonaki - Athens ,zip:10671). The returns of products are acceptable only in the case that are not used , have not made any deterioration (damage ,washing ,fission or certain other modification of type) or not missing the relevant tag stating the details of the product and contains the separate barcode. Return of swimwears are acceptable only if have used over clothes. In opposite case and for health reasons, they will not be acceptable.
If a return is acceptable ,the customer should buy another product from our e-shop or to credit the amount of product returned to his account and use it in a future purchase. In the case where the new purchase exceeds the amount of product returned ,the customer is debited the new difference.
The debit of return and the new shipment does not charge Incrocio.
The same conditions are for the case where the customer wishes to change the product with another size.
When a product is defective upon delivery , the customer has the possibility of returning it and covering the charges back from Incrocio. If the customer does not want to make another purchase replacing the previous one ,he/she can ask to take his/her money back. Basic condition in order to considered the product defective is to not have been used. If there is a disagreement between the customer and Incrocio ,the product is sent to the manufacturer in order to take the final decision.
All products are checked by Incrocio ,before the shipment.
The returns of products become in the current price of each type.
During a season ,Incrocio can make online offers on certain products. These kind of offers have no relation with the prices of the same products that are in the store. In period of sales ,the prices of products follow the store’s policy and do not differ. In both cases ,bonus reward cards of customers are not valid and cannot be incorporated in the already decreased prices.
The products that exist in e-shop are available at that time. There is always a probability of some errors with result Incrocio does not have available a product that had ordered by the customer. In this case ,Incrocio informs immediately the customer and if he/she does not want to make another purchase ,Incrocio gives the money back.
